For many years our Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) community have asked for access, fairness in employment, wage equity and being able to simply walk down the street without being seen as a predator. Women, as well, have asked for the same, and to be recognized as equal wage earners and placed in leadership positions. It took 9:29 minutes/seconds to wake the world up!
